Permission is granted to temporarily use TXN for personal or commercial invoicing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TXN
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Blockchain Transactions

All transactions conducted through TXN are processed on the Solana blockchain. By using our platform, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their wallet and account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of invoice information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Paying any applicable fees for using the platform

5. Disclaimer

The materials on TXN are provided on an 'as is' basis. TXN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall TXN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TXN.

7. Modifications

TXN may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Fees and Payment Terms

By using the platform to create, send, or process invoices, you agree to pay applicable fees as described herein.

A network transaction fee is required for every on-chain action. This fee is determined by the Solana network and paid directly to validators. The platform does not control or profit from this amount.

All fees are automatically processed at the time of transaction confirmation. Fees are final, non-refundable, and subject to change with notice published on the Pricing page.
